The deal in plain English: what this directory is, what it is not, and the rules for using it.

Adults only

Real Oz Babes lists adult companionship services that are legal in New South Wales. The site is restricted to people aged 18 and over. By using the site you confirm you are 18 or older and that it is legal for you to view this material where you are.

What the directory is — and is not

Real Oz Babes is a directory and publisher. We verify listings to the standard described on the about page, but we are not a party to any introduction, booking, or engagement between a visitor and an advertiser. Advertisers are independent; they alone are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, their services, their rates, and their conduct.

Conduct rules for visitors

• No scraping, automated harvesting, or republication of listings.
• No contact that is abusive, threatening, or ignores an advertiser's stated screening and enquiry requirements.
• No use of the site for any unlawful purpose, including anything involving minors or coercion.

Advertiser obligations

Advertisers must hold the rights to everything they publish, keep rates and availability current, and honour the verification standard their badge claims. Advertisements must comply with NSW law. We may suspend or remove any listing at our discretion, with notice where practicable.

Takedown procedure

To request removal of a listing or content: email the address on the contact page with the URL and the ground for removal. We acknowledge requests promptly, suspend disputed listings while they are assessed, and act on valid copyright, misrepresentation, and legal complaints. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may raise the matter with NSW Fair Trading or the courts of New South Wales.

Liability

Content is provided for general information only — it is not legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Oz Babes's liability for anything connected with the site is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of doing so.

Site content and intellectual property

The site's text, design, and code are protected and may not be scraped, copied, or republished without permission. Each advertiser retains ownership of their own listing content.

Availability

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, and we may change or suspend parts of the site, with notice where practicable.

Indemnity

Advertisers cover any losses we suffer that arise from their listings or their breach of these terms. Nothing in this clause limits rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Severability and changes

If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continue in force. We may update these terms from time to time, and material changes will be reflected on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. This version was prepared in 2026 as part of the concept build and will receive legal review before public launch.
