Real Oz Babes lists adult companionship services and is restricted to people aged 18 and over. This page explains exactly how we enforce that — and what we never collect.

The gate you passed

On your first visit, the site shows an 18+ confirmation. Confirming it stores a single acknowledgement flag in your browser's session storage, so the gate does not reappear on every page during the same session. Close the browser and the flag is gone — the next session asks again, by design.

What the gate is not

The confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an identity check. We do not ask for, receive or store any identity document, date of birth, or age estimate from visitors. Nothing about your age is recorded on our side — see the privacy policy for the full data picture.

Why an age gate at all

Companionship services listed here are legal for adults in New South Wales — the legal position is summarised on the legal page. Because the content is adult in nature, access is limited to adults: it is both the lawful basis on which we publish and the standard our advertisers work to.

Enforcement beyond the gate

The gate is the visible layer; the standard runs deeper. Every advertiser is verified as an adult before listing, listings that lapse our checks come down, and anything suggesting a minor is involved is removed on sight and reported to the appropriate authorities — immediately, via the path on the contact page.

Changes to this policy

If the mechanics of the gate change, this page changes with them. Questions or concerns about age verification or any listing go to the address on the contact page — concerns about a listing jump the queue.
